Why “Palomitas Country“?

While I was studying elementary school and subsequently High school many of my friends, acting as any youngster would do, used to give out nicknames to me in reference to my Last name (Palomares) in order to save some letters from the whole name. And what at first started as a joke or game it began to take more and more shape. You should’ve seen the things that they came up with he he.

One of those nicknames was Palomitas, derived from so many others remained little by little, curiously enough many years later in College and even here at the Estudio it emerged once more.

You can say it has stayed with me for a great part of my life, and now that this project has come out I have decided to named it in this way adding to the title the word Country to give reference that this is Palomitas’ region or land, but also to remind you of the fields and open lands that I enjoy so greatly.
